SERVICES

R&RS Royal Inc. provides compliance, testing, verification, and consulting services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We are not a law firm, medical laboratory, or government agency.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information. Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of reports and results.

PAYMENT TERMS

All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur administrative fees. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS

Refunds are permitted only if services have not been performed or testing kits have not been used. Once collection, testing, notarization, or analysis begins, no refunds are available. Administrative fees may apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50 percent credit toward rescheduling.

DISCLAIMERS

R&RS Royal Inc. does not guarantee employment outcomes, legal decisions, or regulatory approvals. Third-party laboratory or agency delays are outside our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
